## Report a bug or request a feature

Report QueryFlag issues in the public [edgafner/dorkag](https://github.com/edgafner/dorkag/issues) repository on GitHub. Use the QueryFlag issue templates and include your IDE version, QueryFlag version, database type, and the steps to reproduce the problem.

If the IDE shows a QueryFlag error, click Report Exception in the IDE error dialog. It opens a new QueryFlag bug report on GitHub. Copy the stack trace from the error dialog into the report, together with your IDE and QueryFlag versions.

> Issues on GitHub are public. Remove passwords, host names, and data from queries before you submit a report.

## Data and privacy

QueryFlag sends no usage statistics and does not connect to any server itself. It runs your queries through the data sources of the Database tool window. For what a template stores, see [Where QueryFlag stores settings](queryflag-settings.html#storage).
